Project connected to wrong repository

Description

I cloned a local copy to have access to a branch, and Merclipse seems to be confused about which repository the project is connected to. For example, when I run commit, it shows me the status of the original repository. If I click revert on a file, it reverts the file in the wrong project!

There should be some way for me to specify which repository the project is connected to.
