"Commit all outstanding changes" is misleading

Description

I would assume this checkbox to include all changes, but it in fact ignores the new/missing files. Either way it is a bit unsafe: If it were to include the new/missing files, one might commit something one didn't want to; if it ignores them then one might forget to commit something.

Solution: Replace this checkbox with a "Select All" button. Does this make sense? This is how I read its intended functionality.

I agree the Commit dialog could be improved, but I'm not sure a Select All button is the right measure -- currently, the checkbox commits everything because you can not specify a large number of files to commit on the command line in a single changeset.

I see, so it is a different command (mode). Then I would turn it from a checkbox to a button. Thus one has the Buttons: [Cancel][Commit All][OK].
